"Expedia never supplied access to the property, even after multiple calls. Property manager was no where to be found. Expedia call center didn't help or find me and my guest another place to stay, even though they said the would. I found another place to stay on my own for double what I paid Expedia. Sadly, Expedia never offered to pay for it nor have they refunded my money for the original reservation they didn't fulfill. "

"Perfect location on the big Island. Walk-able to some beaches, good driving access to the north, to Hilo and Kona area. Dry and desert like for 20 miles beyond the resort oasis but lush forests further afield. The property was nicely furnished and decorated, very clean and comfortable. "

"This is a very nice condo in a beautiful community. The unit is roomier than expected with large living area, kitchen, bedrooms and bath. The outdoor deck with grill and table was a wonderful spot for eating overlooking the golf course.The beds were comfortable, showers were very nice, wifi was strong and fast, and it was equipped with everything you'd need on vacation. "We stayed here when the original resort ran out of rooms and we had a conference to attend here. It worked out perfectly! The resort is huge and we got lots of steps in exploring all the different areas. Our room (2055) located on the main level of ocean tower was awesome, complete with kitchenette, balcony overlooking the golf course and ocean, eating area and couch and all newly renovated. We hope to come back!"

The host provides all beach material such as body boards, beach chairs, and snorkeling gear, plus household items such as coffee, water, and toiletries, and most kitchen essentials. The owner was very quick to respond and provide support, although a bit more instruction would have been helpful with check in.
