Brief history of the house: It is a house built around 1965, when there were practically no houses built and there was no road, only a dirt road from the continuous village called Sant Climent. My grandfather used to go fishing to the cove at the weekend by bicycle, he owned a small boat, and used the house as a fisherman's refuge and to spend one or two nights. Between the years 1975 and 1990 I enjoyed the summers with my parents. I played all day with the neighbor children and was all day in and out of the sea, Later in the year 2001 my mother and I completely renovated the house for my use with my family (children, wife). About the year 2017, we prepared the house and tourist license to rent to our visitors.
