"Very nice location for quiet stay in St.Martin. Rental Car is a must. Drive from the airport at rush hour (4 to 6 PM) will exceed a hour for just under 9 miles. Hostess Sabrina met us at the villa and provided an excellent tour of the property and advice on locations to visit. Check out was easy as well. AC is only in the bedrooms, Ceiling fans in all rooms though. Pool is very relaxing and a great place to soak up the sun! Kayak or use the water taxi to Pinel Island. Grad Case is about a 10...

"This house was very clean, spacious, and beds super comfy! It is in the best location on the island! It is at the quieter end of Grand Case, but all within easy walking distance. "The villa was absolutely stunning! Pictures and videos don't do justice to this property, it was more beautiful in reality. Alexandria thought about everything you could need. "This little home is a real gem! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cozy Nest. The unit is just as stated and pictured. About a 6 minute walk to the beach and 2 small convenience stores very close by. We felt safe in this neighbourhood We did not have a rental car and found we could easily get whatever we needed. Donovan was fast to respond to any questions and was very friendly. "My wife and I's second visit to Fourteen. Last year, 5 stars; this year, 4 stars. The Good: Our room had a spectacular view and was very clean. The kitchen was great for breakfast and lunch. Secure, easy parking. Convenient access to the beach and pool. The food market and several restaurants were nearby. The Bad: Our room had only two towels for a 10-day stay. No soap,one roll of toilet paper,one roll of paper towels. The washing machine worked, but the dryer didn’t. We only needed it to dry...
