There are other people who have access to the beach as well as you are in a neighborhood of Arue but compared to the public beaches you have a piece of paradise all to yourself. "Very helpful and responsive via text or email. They were very accommodating towards are large group and let us arrive early which was amazing. Beautiful place right on the ocean and very convenient to grocery, restaurants and ferry. There isn’t much of a beach but easy access into water and very shallow. Lots of water toys for the kids and adults! Like any where on the island expect bugs and ants- but they did a great job of cleaning prior.washer was convenient during our stay! "

"We had a wonderful time during our stay. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for preparing food during the hot weather, and the pool was an ideal location to lounge while taking in the epic vista! Fred was a wealth of knowledge, always quick to respond, a fantastic host all around! "

"Amazing views from the deck and fully stocked house. Location requires a car, and drive up a steep road which results in the view of Moorea and surrounding mountains. "This place is lovely. Big clean pool. Spaciousness house. The only down side is you need a vehicle to get around. Not really walkable. The owners are very gracious and took us to the supermarket. "

"Was a wonderful stay in a nice area. Everything was clean and kayak etc was available.I had just one point: I think the house is great for 4 persons because I’m not sure if there is enough “cool air” in the third bedroom. During my stay they could not repair/fix an A/C problem (I was there a week) in the first bedroom."

"We felt very comfortable in the neighborhood. The beach is like a one minute walk from the house. It’s very shallow for a long ways out, which was nice since we had some small children. Every room has a private bathroom except the one upstairs with the twin bed. There is also an additional bathroom attached to the outside of the house.The only negative things to say were there is definitely an ant problem: any food left around the sink and stove will immediately attract ants. "When we got in the cab, they didn’t quite know how to find the property. As we went down a dirt road, they dropped us at a gated house - as soon as we went in, we were happy. There’s definitely a beach feel to the home, and the showers are attractive open walk-ins. The home is both rustic and modern and the owner is very kind and understanding of our special needs son."

"This “luxury apartment” was just as advertised. It is a modern apartment with great accommodations. It has everything advertised. The only issue we had was knowing where to tell the immigration agents exactly where we were staying. We never actually got an address from the host. Having said that I may understand why.
