The food was all delicious; the pool refreshing and nearby river and ocean spectacular, watched the sunrise every morning from the benches near the beach and had dinner every night at the restaurant - pizzas and everything on menu fantastic as are the drinks from the bar "

The room was huge, clean and cozy and well maintained. I appreciated the peaceful surroundings. Hotel Champs is an excellent choice for travelers seeking an affordable, quiet stay. I travel a lot and always stay in hotel, but this is a place of serenity. Highly recommend to stay here for a different experience from your typical hotel. "I wish I'd had more than one night to relax at this little gem of a hotel on a little gem of an island nation. The hotel arranged a taxi from DOM airport, and I was welcomed warmly and thoughtfully upon arrival. My particular needs were met with great care. My room, really a suite, was well appointed and included a fully stocked kitchen. Everyone on staff was polite and accommodating. I had a late lunch at the hotel's restaurant. My meal was good, but the heat in the no-AC dining room and the constant need to shoo away flies made it a somewhat uncomfortable experience. This was the only downside, and it did not put any sort of damper on my stay. I look forward to returning if life takes me back to Dominica."
