"Overall a very enjoyable stay. We were disappointed with the ‘beach’ and the water did not seem very clean but the swimming pool was great and compensated for this. Small details needed attention ie unsecured toilet seat in one bathroom, light globe missing. Given the cost of the property we found the kitchen and catering equipment was rather poor in that cutlery and crockery, kitchen pans and serving dishes were not good quality and proper wine glasses were short in number. "We stayed at Villa Tepoe in November 2024 and loved our time there. The house had everything we needed. In particular the kitchen was fully stocked and we cooked a lot. Moorea is a quiet lovely island with great restaurant finds. We loved buying fruit from vendors along the road and spent time at concept house and took a cooking class with food labs. Great vacation!"

"We loved this property for our family vacation. The kitchen that opened to the outdoors was a fun way to prepare and serve meals. We went snorkeling off the steps every day and were amazed by the color and varieties of fish and coral. The water was very warm and beautiful.The owner was very responsive and let us check into the property earlier in the day, which was greatly appreciated. "This property is on the water and has great access to grocery stores and lots of adventures. The home needs a few upgrades. For example, the mattresses should be replaced, the hot tub doesn’t get “hot” and some kitchen appliances were broken. All of these things were overshadowed by the homes exceptional location and how well taken care of home is. "

"6 of us had an amazing stay at this house in Sept. It has everything you could possibly need. The location is close to where you snorkel with sharks and rays and coco beach. We went to both on paddle boards and kayaks provided. There is plenty of space for people to gather or to be spread apart depending on your mood. Do not hesitate to book!"
