Worst experience of my travelling life
"I had a confirmed booking on 19th jun with all dues paid and when i reached there at 3 a.m in the morning totally exhausted after 18 hours of driving and getting stuck in a traffic jam , i was told that there was no booking by the manager (Wahab Ali) who was absolutely not bothered at all that i had a proper receipt of my booking with all dues paid. All he said that he has no booking and its a housefull so i should leave. He didn't even had the courtesy to let my child and wife to use a proper toilet...upon asking he lead my child to a lower staff toilet.....this was the worst experience of my life....i even threatened him that i was going to take a legal action (which i am going to) and all he said was...go ahead....i don't have any booking in your name...go and ask whom whatsoever you have given money....in short i had to leave and sleep in the car with my child and wife somewhere on the road, after a heated conversation with him which it had no affect on him. I would definitely not recommend this nonsense place to anyone or u might be sleeping on the road totally exhausted after your travels."
