We did encounter a small hiccup with the airport pickup, as a smaller car was sent, which led to a bit of a squeeze for the family. However, the rest of our stay more than made up for this. The team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and when I requested a six-hour extended checkout, they happily accommodated, which made our departure much easier. Special mention goes to the travel desk, who efficiently arranged for a car to help us explore the city – it was a fantastic way to experience the local area. Overall, the stay was exceptional. The staff's dedication and attention to detail left a lasting impression, and I would be delighted to return to Taj Coromandel in the future. "
