"We stayed here September 27th 2025. This hotel is a little older, however it is well kept, very clean and in great shape. The person that I dealt with at the reception desk was terrific. My German isn’t that great, however we were able to communicate effectively. She was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was very good with many options and was included with the room. The hotel is located in a quiet, beautiful area very close to the Spa. We enjoyed our stay there."

"Check in was very efficient, however, failed to mention additional charges (tourist tax and another), which was charged to the card at check-out. Suggest to double check your invoice as they tend to double charge you for drunks (at the bar and putting on your room's tab as well). Breakfast was ok, a selection of cereal, deli and cheese. Although very little salad/veggies on offer. Coffee was very good (thank you!). The room was nothing special, however it was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, they need to take kore care 9f wiping down dust in the bathroom..."
