"Delightful B&B with a really good vibe 😊 We generally enjoyed our stay here. Staff were generally helpful and warm, and showed concern when I was ill and unable to join a tour. My only feedback would be on the female staff on night duty on 22/3 - We weren’t aware that the rooftop jacuzzi had to be booked in advance, but she relayed this in a rather inflexible and curt manner that made us feel unwelcome. "All is very nice, we had a room with harbor view and enjoying balcony; all excellent except for breakfast, an amazing choice of chinese style items, all great but for north americans, which for sure are a very small minority, all "hot" items, such as eggs, omelets, ham, although under lamps, were served cold..... everything else is 5 stars!"

They met us at the airport, helped us to rent a vehicle, and contacted us when our room was ready to check into! Breakfast was healthy, fresh and ready on time everyday! "This hotel is fine, good location for walking around Magong, reception staff were very good and were fluent in English. Many breakfast options are nearby and we thought the Subway vouchers they gave us are a good system too. Family Mart is connected to the hotel and if you have a car you can pay your parking penalties at the hotel or in Family Mart when you leave."

"I have to say that the hotel is a bit old and shabby, but the room was large and spacious. It was also clean, except for under the bed where there was a thick layer of dust, which was pretty unpleasant. Also, the floor felt a bit "sticky" with bare feet, so I recommend wearing slippers. I was very disappointed with the breakfast which was basically inedible. On a positive note, the staff and the General Manager, David, were very friendly and helpful. I also very much appreciated the free airport...
