"The motel is a very close walk to the beach which is nice. But the motel is old and crusty. Basically a bed to sleep in while in Magog, if NOTHING else is available. The owner accused me of fraud when he saw my in laws in the room because they were eating dinner with us and threatened to call Expedia because he thought they were staying overnight. "What a fantastic stay. I was concerned we were going to be late for check in and the attendant answering the phone assured me that even though we were going to be a few minutes late that the restaurant was open and there would be someone there. We arrived, were treated like family and invited to eat at the restaurant (which is an absolute gemstone and was chock full of guests so we knew it was going to be good). The meal was amazing. We will be back if we are in the area again!"

It was spotless, very well organized with coffee and tea , water and a fridge freezer for guests. The hosts were exceptional. "Nice quiet property. Room was clean and ready for us but not until 4:00 pm. It’s quite a tight space but we enjoyed our brief stay. We did not have breakfast as we did not know that it had to be ordered the previous night. My fault, I did not read. They have no parking. It’s street parking only or you can take your chance on parking in the church lot across the street during the summer months. In the winter, they supposedly have an arrangement with the church. Operators are not overly friendly...
