"Owner was very helpful and nice. Property was spotless. However one of the main reasons for us booking this property was the availability of the swimming pool as advertised. The Owner advised us prior to arriving that it wasn't available and that a 'lido' was available in the nearest town without further explanation. Due to the timing this left us without an option to book somewhere else."

"We had a wonderful family holiday here, the cottage is lovely, in a brilliant peaceful setting with some gorgeous scenery and gardens. You do need a car to get about, but we knew this before we arrived, and there are many villages worth visiting, so we were happy with this. They went the extra mile to help this cyclist locate a patch kit on a Sunday: they had one! The inner tube got repaired, but, alas, the tire had a sidewalk cut. I look forward to staying in their comfortable gite when I return to Pontivy or Mur-de-Bretagne."

The gite was clean and well organised; one thing to add, the stairs are a little steep so worth checking that for all members of your guest group. "We spent a week at the Banks' lovely cottage in Brittany. The cottage had everything that we required and Bryn and Val had provided all the little extras that are needed when away from home, which included a very generous welcome pack. The hosts' hospitality was second to none throughout our stay. We can only repeat that everything about the accommodation was superb and we highly recommend the property for all those wanting to visit Brittany. "

"We had an amazing stay in Edwin’s cottage! It is beautifully located in a quiet area but only minutes away from the splendid vallée des saints / valley of the saints and a short drive to Carhaix which has all the convenience stores you need and not much fritter from la forêt the Huelgoat, a truly enchanting forest of boulders, streams and waterfall. We really had the best time and Edwin was super welcoming and very responsive, happy to help whenever we needed him. I highly recommend this place...
