"A magical spot in a quiet garden with charming François to make sure all was well. Great location in stunning town filled with history. Very good baker nearby and a small independent cinema just up the road. "

"The house is located rural, next to a unpaved road en a small stream. It is not luxury but wel equipped and comfortable. It offer a lot value for money. Due to the trees it is relatively cool on hot summer days. In Lormes , which has a nice atmosphere, there are supermarket, several good shops for food and some cafe’s. The surrounding is suited for some shorter day trips and for walking. For cooling down on hot days there is a small lake at a 15 minutes walk from the house"

"Nous étions réunis pour fêter un anniversaire. Le lieu est parfait pour cela (taille de la maison, jardin, situation, charme de la maison et du jardin). Nous avons également été très bien accueillis par les hôtes. Bref tout s'est très bien passé. 4 recommandations cependant : laisser des documentations sur le fonctionnement de l'électro-ménager, restaurer certaines salles de bain, changer le piano de cuisson et vérifier le soin accordé au ménage."

The owner made many thoughtful changes when they renovated the house - lights that turn on and off automatically , well appointed and stocked kitchen , comfortable bedding , clean bathrooms , great shower pressure and plumbing , excellent doors and windows - the list goes on and on . "We had an extremely relaxing four nights at the cabin and highly recommend Lake Settons. The cabin was very close to the lake,it was peaceful and had everything we needed. Check in and check out was very easy. We would definitely stay again."
