"Mr Johan & Mr Ghani were very helpful with our luggage, as we came in earlier than our check-in time. They tried to assign us a room earlier to enable us to freshen up. They also helped secure our luggage upon check out till the cab came to take us to the airport much later. Their friendly demeanor truly made our day! The staff at the restaurant were also attentive to details. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We’ll definitely make a come back the next time we are in Paris!"

"No wifi on my first day which was very terrible. They lied about a technician working on it on the first day. Also cigarettes smoke smells kept coming in the room when I needed the windows open. Good location though. The chicken wings downstairs were so good and it’s an 8 minute walk from the train, with other metro options nearby. It’s a very good location for basic needs like food, and toiletries. Their staff are really nice "

"We had to move 1 of the rooms because of the smell. Both rooms were down market and dirty. There was an unpleasant smell in the corridors as well. Sound proofing was poor so we were kept awake by shouting and arguments in other rooms. Parking was supposed to be an option but when we arrived they told us it had to be booked at least 15 days in advance. So we had to leave the car on a dodgy street round the corner. "Amazing, no noise at all, so deliciously quiet: that was our favorite part. Very clean, right in front of the tramway, close to the subway, very convenient. Keeps its promises. My only complaint was a fire alarm in the morning (not the property fault, but a smoking customer). They were trying to fix as quickly as possible the problem and didn't give us a lot of updates during the 15 minutes wait. "The location is fantastic, the hotel quality is excellent, and the staff are truly amazing. I’d like to express my gratitude to the hotel staff, especially a young gentleman with a boots (sorry I couldn’t capture his name). He went above and beyond by helping me carry my luggage, waiting for the taxi, assisting with communication with the driver, and even booking another taxi for me. His friendliness, patience, and support truly stood out."

"This was a great stay. There is a bus stop 1minute away that takes you direct to La Défense (12 minutes) which is a gateway transport system to Paris. The place is great the staff are wonderful. This was a lively stay. "

"Clean, staff are helpful and is located in such a convenient location. Right oppose Gallieni metro station so it was insanely easy to go anywhere in central Paris and to get back to the hotel. I will definitely consider coming back here the next time I am in Paris"

"My family of four was very comfortable here! The location is great to so many metro lines and easily walkable to the Eiffel Tower. There are many amazing dining options within walking distance as well. My only critique would be the comfort of the bed. The mattress was very hard and the sheet situation was not quite what I am used to at hotels. We would definitely stay again!"

Ticked all the boxes.

"It ticked all the boxes for us. It was clean, comfortable and everyone was friendly. We loved the fact that we could help ourselves to proper tea - loose tea leaves of all flavours - and coffee in the self-service section and they had some cake slices too, so after a day out it was great to relax. We loved the room layout. The loo was in a separate room, which was far nicer and it meant that we weren't in each others way. The shower was visible, but as we are a couple that wasn't an issue. The rooms are not big, but they have everything in them that you need. they are well designed. We needed to be near the train station, so it was ideal. We will definitely be going back."
