"Jim at the front desk did an excellent job of welcoming us and making sure every need was taken care of. He is a real asset to this company. The breakfast food was decent. I was a bit disappointed that the juice machine didn't work, but they did have a jug of orange juice. The room was clean & quiet, and the bed was oh, so comfortable! Super close to the beach too!"

"This was my family's second stay at Hotel Indigo, and while we sincerely enjoyed our first stay, we were even more impressed this one. As a family who enjoys traveling, I have noticed that we sometimes have been disappointed when returning to properties we previously enjoyed and find the entire experience just lackluster compared to our first visit. The exact opposite happened at Hotel Indigo Orange Beach. The staff was so friendly and attentive. The one bedroom suite with bunk beds that we rented was a phenomenal space. It was spacious and clean, and we had everything we needed, including extra pillows, without having to ask for it. The bathroom and shower was huge. The hotel's toiletry products were wonderful and in full-sized bottles with a tamper-resistant system. Loved that they had liquid, instead of bar, hand soap for the bathroom. The hotel has postcards for kids to send to family and friends, and they even stamp and mail them for the kids. Hotel is extremely dog friendly with a water bowl, treat station and tennis ball basket out for guests. While breakfast is not automatically included with the room, it was PHENOMENAL! Hunter's Bend bar area runs a condensed menu of the coffee shop next door, and the food was excellent and typical beach pricing. Hotel includes indoor and outdoor pools with great seating around both and towels provided. Our stay was quite simply perfect, and we hope to visit again soon. Located on the line of Orange Beach/Gulf Shores."
