A very spacious farm-like house, comfortable and well equipped. The owners make you feel very welcome. Conveniently close to moterway and station, but still very rural setting.

Spacious holiday home with amazing scenery
Well equipped property with lots of room. The furniture and decoration are well chosen to match the character of the building. With thick stone walls the temperature remained pleasantly cool even when it was too hot to sit outside. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful and we would love to return another time.

Vacances calmes et reposantes
Après un accueil chaleureux et visite détaillée de la location et du cadeau de bienvenue offert par les propriétaires, ous nous installons dans cette immense demeure certe, un peu dépaysante mais vite adoptée de par sa fonctionnalité et de la diversité de ses équipements. Située non loin du village doté de commerçants de premières nécessités et d'un supermarché à quelques Kms, le ravitaillement est facilement accessible. Hormis la marche, de nombreux lacs à proximité, permettent baignade et pêche pour la saison d'été. En résumé, pour notre part, excellent séjour approuvé aussi par nos petits enfants !

De quoi passer de belles vacances
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette maison spacieuse et confortable où il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances. Le jardin est agréable, bien tranquille et la vue sur les montagnes est magnifique. La maison est idéalement située pour faire beaucoup de randonnées avec vue sur le Mt Blanc ou même pour faire une journée à Annecy, Sixt Fer à Cheval ou au parc de Merlet. Les propriétaires sont très chaleureux et accueillants. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgerüstet, blitzsauber. Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit, zuverlässig. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist stimmig. Wir haben nur einen einzigen Verbesserungsvorschlag: Da deutsche Bettwäsche selten mit französischen Betten kompatibel ist, wäre es schön, wenn man diese - gegen Gebühr - ausleihen könnte. Ansonsten ist alles perfekt, merci beaucoup!

Wir waren nur zu zweit da und das Ferienhaus war für uns eigentlich fast zu groß, aber das stört ja nicht weiter, sondern ist ja eher angenehm. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist außerdem sehr gut, verschiedene Skigebiete oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen.

Rundum wunderbar!
Wir haben eine Woche unserer Elternzeitreise mit unseren drei Kindern (5 Jahre, 3 Jahre und Baby 4 Monate) in Magland verbracht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, die Kommunikation war mit ein bisschen verbliebenem Schulfranzösisch und Google translate problemlos möglich. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine leckere Salami und eine Seife, die ihre Schwiegertochter herstellt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super als Startpunkt für diverse Ausflüge (zb Parc de Merlet, Chamonix mit Mer de Glace, Lac de Passy, Lac Vert, Annecy usw., alles in etwa 30-60 Minuten erreichbar). Es gibt einen schönen Garten mit einem Brunnen, an dem die Kinder spielen können und eine Terrasse mit tollem Blick in die Berge. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und würde auch locker für 6 Erwachsene reichen. Und sie war perfekt sauber (!!) und top ausgestattet (sogar Grundausstattung zum Putzen, alles was man an Küchengeräten braucht, genug Geschirr und Besteck...) Es gibt ein großes Wohn-Esszimmer und genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten an großen Tischen. Neben den 3 Schlafzimmer und dem Bad mit extra Toilette gibt es noch einen Waschraum und einen großen Abstellraum, perfekt zb für Ski, Vorräte oder Gepäck. WLAN ist zwar theoretisch vorhanden, praktisch war es aber ein mobiler Hotspot, der langsamer als unser mobiles Internet und wir ihn daher nicht genutzt haben. Es gibt keine Handtücher! Das war uns nicht ganz ersichtlich, aber auch kein Problem, da wir eh welche dabei hatten. Wir waren sehr glücklich mit der Wohnung und Sylviane als Gastgeberin und empfehlen Sie unbedingt weiter!

Une belle location dans une belle région
Très satisfaits de notre séjour en Haute-Savoie, location située dans un très bel endroit, calme où l'on entend chanter les oiseaux de la terrasse. Très bon accueil, les propriétaires sont charmants et à l'écoute. La maison est spacieuse, nous étions 6 adultes et 2 enfants, et très bien équipé, il ne manque rien, une grande cuisine, une très grande salle à manger salon, une salle de bain avec douche et baignoire et 3 chambres confortables. Pas de problème de stationnement 2 parkings sont à notre disposition.
