The villa is located on a hillside, overlooking the Trasimeno lake. The views are truly spectacular, particularly the sunset.The flat has two spacious and bright double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and "Jacuzzi", the dining room, with an open-plan kitchen and living room. Outside there's a beautiful garden, an oasis of peace. A few kilometers from the main tourist centers of Umbria, Tuscany and Lazio ideal to live in touch with nature and diving, with a few minutes drive away, in a city filled with beautiful history.

A Piece Of Real Italian Heaven
Where do we begin. Rita, you and your beautiful home made our holiday perfect. I was visiting for a wedding and my friends came along to keep me company. Wonderful experience
We loved our stay at Rita's house and love Rita. She is warm, kind and very helpful. She always checked up on us to see how we were doing. We also enjoyed the town San Feliciano very much. It's a good location for day trips to neighboring towns. The best part of the house is the view of the lake. It's unbeatable. We enjoyed having drinks and eating our meals on the terrace looking out toward the lake. We are already thinking about coming back next year if possible.

Rita ist eine sehr hilfsbereite großzügige Gastgeberin. Ich habe mich in diesem gepflegten Ambiente mit meinem Hund sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ort ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, für Ausflüge , z.B. nach Assisi, Perugia oder zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Absolument merveilleux !
Je recommande sincèrement ce gîte : la propriétaire est plus qu'adorable ! Elle est aux petits soins. La maison est magnifique et équipée de tout le matériel nécessaire pour passer des vacances agréables. La vue sur le lac est somptueuse, les couchers de soleil sont étonnants tous les soirs. La ombrie est une très belle région. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour parfait !

Great location
A pleasant and comfortable house with a wonderful view on Lake Trasimeno. Perfect location to explore the villages around the lake and the landscape and cities in Umbria. The house is very clean and complete and the owner Rita is an excellent host really taking care of her guests. We will be back!

Ruim huis met een tuin parkeermogelijheid.
We hebben er een mooie week gehad en Rita de eigenares is heel vriendelijk en attent. Ze heeft ons bij binnenkomst goed rondgeleid en uitleg gegeven van de apparaten e.d. in het huis. De living en tuin kijken uit op het meer en de schitterende zonsondergang. Alle kamers en badkamers waren keurig fris en schoon. Had je een vraag dan reageerde Rita meteen en dat hebben we als heel prettig ervaren. Het enige minpuntje was het slechte WiFi bereik.

Eine Reise wert
Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und die Wohnung war sehr schön und komfortabel. Der Ausblick auf den See und den Olivenhain ist traumhaft. An den Abenden freuten wir uns auf dieses Spektakel. Am See Pizza essen zu gehen ist toll, die Umgebung hat ihren ganz eigenen Charme.. Nur das Baden gehen im See selbst war uns nicht sehr angenehm. Das sollte man bestenfalls im Blick haben.. Über die überaus herzliche und diskrete Gastfreundschaft haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Dankeschön für die schöne Zeit.

Sehr schöne Lage
Wir haben als Familie 10 Tage in der Wohnung von Rita gewohnt, es ist alles da was man braucht. Der Blick und der tägliche Sonnenuntergang über dem Lago Trasimenio waren besonders schön. Die Wohnung eignet sich gut als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Touren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Una vacanza veramente rilassante
Location ideale per chi vuole godersi la serenità del lago oppure visitare gli splendidi borghi umbri. Bellissima vista sul lago con tramonti mozzafiato. Nelle immediate vicinanze il Laguna Park offre ai bambini (e non solo) un'esperienza molto bella in un contesto ben curato e accogliente.

Maison avec vue magnifique
La maison est très fonctionnelle avec tout le confort nécessaire. Rita a été une hotesse très accueillante, pleine de gentilles attentions (légumes frais, miel, ...). La vue sur le lac est juste magnifique avec des couchers de soleil splendides. Attention : il n´est pas possible de se baigner dans le lac (nous l´avons découvert sur place). En revanche, il existe un complexe nautique à 2km (Laguna Park) très sympa pour les enfants et à tarif réduit (3€ par personne après 17h). Possibilité de rejoindre Assise, Rome, ... ou de prendre le bateau pour une ballade sur l´ile. La région est très belle. Seul bémol : le wifi n´a quasiment pas fonctionné de la semaine.

Endroit très reposant vue exceptionnelle accueil top
Nous avons apprécié la maison propre et fraîche et toute la région. Rita à été une hôtesse très prévenant et agréable. La région permet de découvrir assise, arrezzo montepuliciano , de se promener sur le lac et les îles , et de profiter des bars en bord du lac . La vue est exceptionnelle .

Rita, la propriétaire de la très jolie maison, est une personne délicieuse, attentive à vouloir satisfaire ses hôtes qu'elle reçoit comme des amis. Du jardin chaque soir nous pouvions admirer les splendides coucher de soleil. La maison est idéalement située pour visiter les villes d'art environnantes. Un séjour magnifique.

Wohnung mit wunderbarem Seeblick
Wir haben zwei sehr schöne und ruhige Wochen in Ritas Haus am Lago Trasimeno verbracht. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet; man findet alles, was man braucht. Besonders schön ist die Terrasse mit dem kleinen Garten. Man hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf den See und genießt großartige Sonnenuntergänge. Die Lage ist perfekt; Perugia, Assisi und viele weitere umbrische Städte sind innerhalb einer Stunde zu erreichen. Rita ist eine nette und hilfreiche Vermieterin, die ihren Gästen den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht.

Nous avons passé 15 jours de belles vacances dans la maison de Rita, au calme et bénéficiant tous les jours d’une superbe vue et de magnifiques couchers de soleil sur le Lac Trasimeno. Avec son accueil chaleureux et des délicates attentions, Rita est une hôtesse inoubliable. Plein de choses à faire et à visiter dans les environs, nous n’avons pas eu le temps de nous ennuyer. Détail d’importance : le jardinet de la maison est clos, ce qui a permis à notre chien de bien en profiter aussi !

Entspannende Ferien an schönster Aussichtslage über dem See
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der schönen Wohnung von Frau Zampolini. Die Lage mit der Aussicht auf den See ist ausserordentlich, besonders die Sonnenuntergänge sind ein wunderbares Schauspiel. Frau Zampolini ist eine zuvorkommende und herzliche Vermieterin. Sie verwöhnt ihre Gäste über den üblichen Rahmen hinaus. San Feliciano ist ein attraktives Dörfchen mit mehreren empfehlenswerten Restaurants und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für interessante Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Bei heissem Wetter gibt es Abkühlung im See. Es waren ruhige und erholsame Ferien, genau so wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben.

Flot og fredelig beliggenhed, men i gå-afstand fra sø-strand, restauranter og indkøb.
Utrolig flot udsigt fra terrassen over Trasimeno søen. Meget rummelig lejlighed. 10 minutters gang fra bademulighed. 15-25 minutters gang fra flere restauranter 20 minutters gang fra indkøb. Kort køretur til mange af Umbriens sevædigheder.
