Great location and lovely outdoor terrace
The property was ideally placed for visiting Assissi, Perugia and Lake Trasimeno. The outdoor terrace, pool and the gardens were very well kept. However the property did not have a washing machine or Smart TV as advertised and the internet connection was intermittent during our stay. The interior of the property was dark and there was no comfortable seating or lounge area in the kitchen for our group. It stated in the details for the property that the owner occasionally stayed and used the pool area - he was there for 3 of the 7 days of our stay using the pool area so didnt really feel that private
