"Staff were excellent. All staff were eager to please and were professional throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the food slightly let us down. My wife's main course kn our first evening was overly salted so she had to leave it. I tried it and also found it salty. First day breakfast was good but 2nd day breakfast was warm but not hot. Other than these minor points, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend. "

From the moment I checked in until the time I departed, the staff, including Mary at the reception and Sinead during check-out, were exceptional. An unexpected incident occurred when one of my sons accidentally locked himself in the bathroom. The swift response from the wonderful staff to resolve the situation was truly commendable. They promptly arranged for assistance, ensuring minimal distress. Dining at the hotel is a popular choice, and it can become quite crowded. Heeding the advice to make a reservation was beneficial, leading to a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
