"The stay was quite enjoyable. The breakfast service could do with finding someone who is more accommodating as apposed to the night shift porter who greeted us after our evening out and enquired if we were okay for water in our room for making tea/coffee and gave us a new bottle of water. It's little thingy like this that shows the quality of a hotel "

"The cabin was lovely but it was far to cold and the wee heater didn’t warm it up at all or the fire didn’t and then the busy road at the bottom of the lane didn’t stop all night big Lorry’s sounded like an aeroplane landing right outside and we both didn’t get any sleep at all "

"The staff, especially Robert were really friendly, hospitality and nothing was too much for them to do every request was replied with “no bother”. We arrived earlier than the check in time and as the room was ready they checked us in. They also allowed us an extra 30 minutes late check out. The breakfast was very delicious, the smoothie was made with banana but the chefs were happy to make one for me with bananas. Overall it’s was a good stay. The staff’s pleasantness was the best. "
