"My stay at the Theano Cave Suites was exquisite! I could not ask for a better host! Elizabeth was so attentive and helpful! A1 top notch service! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! I loved my villa! It was literally spotless! Had such an amazing experience! Definitely a 5 star property and well worth what we spent!"

"We loved staying here. Quiet location. Lovely home. Enjoyed the pool. Stavroula was so easy to communicate with and ready to help make our stay memorable. She arranged our catamaran cruise and gave us a number to a driver we loved using. When Someone left shorts on the catamaran she arranged for their return. Such a relaxing place to stay. We would book again."

"We liked the view from the suite and the breakfast every morning. We did not like the fly and ant problems. Also we had intermittent power outages throughout the stay."

"We had a lovely stay in the Cave house. It was amazing to stay in Santorini and be away from the crowded areas. We rented a car to get around the island which was a must. The car rental was delivered right to the property. The property is very well managed and the team that looks after it is very competent. Communication was excellent and all questions were immediately answered. The nearby tavern, Metaxi Mas is a fantastic restaurant and a very quick walk. "

"Please ignore those negative comments. BlackRock Villa suite is well worth a visit. ♥️ We didn’t expect our room to have fresh bed linen or a change of towels every day. The rooms are exactly as the site suggests roomy, nice vibe, and plenty of space too. Sofia was a credit of knowledge for the local area. Whoever goes, please could you continue to feed Chanel and Junior the two most loving and adorable cats .. 😍😻"

"This place is more beautiful than the pictures. Mary was very helpful with everything we needed. She was even there the night of our arrival at midnight after we had a cancelled flight and had to take a ferry to the island. She helped with our bags and got us settled in. I highly recommend this place!!! It is in a perfect location. "

"Check-in process was great! The place was very clean. Great restaurant right across the street. I think having housekeeping come at 10:00 am was a bit early. We were all getting ready as they were cleaning up. Maybe waiting until noon when the guests are out exploring would be a better time. "

The staff is so efficient, excellent suggestions for tours and dining, communication was clear and prompt. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to all our family and friends. "

"Our time in Oia at this villa was amazing! From the moment we met Armando who assisted with our luggage, and showed us all the amenities of the villa, to the views from the hot tub and two patio areas, we were really glad we chose this spot. "My friends and I had an amazing time staying here. The place is very well cleaned and decorated. The location is great as well. It’s not too far of a walk from the main town area and there is plenty to see along the way. Also, the view of the sea is breathtaking from the upper balcony area. We highly recommend anyone to stay here!"

"Yianni met us as his driver dropped us off from the airport. It was a 1 minute walk to the unit. He walked us through the unit and made sure we understood how to use everything, including the hot tub. His pride in the unit and island showed and are well deserved. The unit is just like it shows online. About a 10 minute walk to anywhere in Thira. A delightful host and a wonderful place to visit. Thank you Yianni."

We loved it!

"We stayed in Santorini for two days 3/31 through 4/2/25. Our room was amazing. We stayed in a honeymoon suite. Views of the volcano, a balcony with a hot tub. Absolutely breathtaking views. The regular rooms are definitely cute & cozy, but I would not recommend more than two people in a regular room, it’s like a cave, pretty cool looking, but on the smaller side. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The two ladies who worked there, Athena and Vanessa, were very nice, sweet and accommodating. The reception office closes at 4:30, but they have a phone number posted and you can reach to them at any time via WhatsApp messaging. The breakfast provided was very nice and fresh, not heavy. You also have options to order more, different types of food and pay extra. But what they provided was plenty. The coffee is delicious! variety of juices, etc.. very good location. It’s about 15 minute walk down into town. You definitely get a work out walking back up the hill to the hotel though Lol but considering how much we were eating… It was good exercise to burn some of those calories! A lot of restaurants were closed because it’s low peak, but they were still plenty that were open. We had a really nice stay, I definitely recommend staying at the IRA hotel. "

"Everyone here was so nice, and the customer service was top tier. They offer transportation as well as help with carrying your bags to and from the room (which you definitely need given the amount of stairs that’s surrounding the property). The rooms are unbelievably gorgeous and offer stunning views. Breakfast was delicious, and every part of the villa was so clean. By far one of the greatest places I’ve ever stayed. The next time we go to Santorini, we will be staying here again. "

"Excellent place to spend time in Santorini . Room and view were just awesome. We had a fantastic stay . Irini , Alex and Andreas were just amazing and accommodated all our needs like daily breakfast and handling our luggage ,booking our activities and transportation . Be ready to walk up and down very steep stairs but is completely worth it ."
