"Unhygienic and dirty. The bathroom had wet yellow urine spilled on toilet and the previous occupants toiletries were still there. The bed had so many stains and when we removed the blanket there was mud and dirt inside. They did not clean the sheets after the previous occupants. The room had small bugs crawling and we can’t step foot outside in the patio either. We spent the night in disgust as there were no place to go at that time of the hour. "It’s a place where one can plan a variety activities and they will assist you, or one could just sit for hours looking out across the valley. Either way one will come away with an experience. The attention to detail with regard to the rooms and the resort itself was remarkable. It shows a tremendous care for the resort and for the guest’s experience. I would highly recommend this resort!!"

"Excellence from start to finish. This resort has an old school classiness that is hard to find these days. The level of service is outstanding. One of the best resort breakfasts we've had with a wide variety of choices from Western to Asian to Indonesian. Special thanks to Executive Assistant Manager, Angga Ramadhan, for his gracious hospitality during our visit. We will always fondly remember our stay at Plataran Heritage Borobudur Hotel."
