"I did not know what to expect but it lived up to expectations. Keep in mind, the lodging is in a tent style, but still luxury. I was able to bath open air while listening and viewing the forest and Sabie river from my room. The staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable. "The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Nixon the lodge manager assisted us in taking our luggage to the room. All of the lodges are connected by a wooden walkway in the bush. The rooms were very nice and recently renovated. There is a great viewing deck where you can view the wild life. We saw 6 giraffes and several impalas the morning we were checking out which was exciting!! I would definitely recommend the Panzi Lodge to others! "

"This place is magical. The tents (luxury tents) are like nothing I had ever experienced before. The private plunge pool , though too cold to swim at, was an amazing watering hole and we had Impalas and Kudus there every single day. Game drives where incredible, Big 5 in a day. "The manager on duty was in a hurry to go back to to watching his rugby match on arrival. On departure he seemed even more disinterested and could not be bothered to direct me to the restuarant for breakfast. At breakfast found weevils in the cereal.
