It's also really centrally located, across the street from Nakasu island, next to Canal City, and around the corner from a really convenient metro station. The people are lovely. "

The hotel itself is very artsy and expressive complete with a shared kitchen and laundry services along with a bar all on the reception floor which is located on the 3rd floor.
