Had to drive 1.5 hours on a motoscooter back to Chiang Mai at 1:30am because the rooms are infested with GIANT ants in the beds, and hundreds of small ants in the bathroom. They tried to move us to a different room and right when I walked in a giant ant crawled across the pillow on the bed.They offered to place me in a "different area/room", if i paid them more money! "This homestay was absolutely excellent. Perfect in every way, especially for a nice romantic getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. Sitting on the back patio with your loved one(s) and watching a sunrise and the shadow of the mountains behind you during the sunset is absolutely incredible. "The resort was very quiet when we were there but we still had a wonderful relaxing night. Great place to stop over when driving from Chiang mai to Mae Salong. I can't speak for the rooms but the villa was absolutely beautiful. Spacious with a massive terrace to relax on. The grounds are lovely too. Would recommend"

"No good at all! I think its the fault of Hotel.com. They had NO idea of guests arriving, more or less closed because of Covid! No room ready, NO Breakfast!! No hot water! We slept there because I knew it would be hardly impossible to get the money back from Hotel.com !"
