"very nice location. A few steps from the lively pedestrian street. Charming swimming pool with chair and mattress. Room with fairly hard mattress. Nice big bathroom. Varied breakfast but the dishes are very lukewarm, I feared for the food preservation aspect."

"The receptionist, Lynn, was an amazing host; she saved my life with an epi-pen and gave great insider tips on Pai! The bathroom could’ve used a bit of cleaning and refilling but it’s a great stay and the hostel itself is very clean! The location is also perfect as it was 6 mins walk to the night market. "

"Had an excellent stay with my family. My villa room was not suitable for 2 adults and 3 children- although the hotel tried to do as much as he could to accommodate us. Service was excellent- shuttle service is perfect and flawless. Hotel is beautiful Breakfast is superb. Pools ate very nice and the views are really beautiful. "The rooms, especially bathrooms, were not very clean but the price is low. Still a good cleaning would make the guest experience much more pleasant. I found the reception staff helpful and the guest house is located near the River and restaurants and pubs. The property’s access to the walking path along the river is not cleared of debris but I did enjoy morning walks along the river. "

"Very basic rooms. Misrepresented on Google maps and in hotel booking sites. Certainly not 3*, possibly not even 1* Would possibly have been reasonable value at 1/3 the price. No safe in room. No mention at reception. When I asked, I was told he would put things in his room but there is no safe! Little space to hang things. Only one hanger. Pillows are as hard as bricks. Shower is weak and luke warm. Sink tap drips constantly and sink leaks. Noisy fairground over the other side of the river, so...
