The Social Hub Madrid was one of the best hotels I have stayed at!! The staff truly made this holiday for us!! But the room was amazing! From the layout to the amenities, to the view of the palace! Even the AC was great as we like to sleep cold. Our actual check-in was wonderful, the staff is so willing to accommodate guests anyway possible and with a smile (rare in Madrid we found!) We arrived at 5am and they were able to hold our bags while we went exploring and then fed us sweets and coffee to assist keeping us awake until our room was ready!! The cafe staff were so sweet and did their absolute best to assist the English speaking customers! The coffee and snacks were delicious!! The rooftop bar was a huge perk! Great cocktail menu and again the staff were incredible and sweet! The vibe is chill on one side and uptempo fun on the other! Unfortunately, we never made it to the pool deck! The location of the hotel was very convenient if you are visiting the palace! It is a bit of a walk from all the other main attractions (for example: plaza del Sol, plaza Mayor, Grand Via/Theater/shopping district, etc). But all these are just a quick Uber/bolt/cabify away if you prefer. There are multiple bus lines that have stops right in front of the hotel and there is a large train station just one block down (principe pio). We will try to stay in as many of the social hubs around the world after this stay!

So I actually never stayed there. I had booked a one-night stay with trip protection. I accidentally canceled my trip protection when trying to cancel and neitherhotels.com or the hotel cared thaon the Hotels.com App. this is international travel and they are trying to give me a hard time on refunding my trip when I have provided documentation which hotels.com told me was fine and of course because I'm from the US traveling in Spain they think that they can just treat people any way that they want to.

The staff was super friendly. Rooms were nice and clean. The community at this hotel is not like any other hotel I've been to. Overall this place was a 10 out of 10 and next time I come to Madrid, I'll definitely be staying here again.

Good hotel around 350 metres from the train station that connects to both the metro and the other system called Cercania - also the same distance from a very nice park right next to the Principe Pio station. Hotel was very good and close to the royal palace, coffee shops and a grocery store. I would stay there again, in fact this is my second time.

I had a great stay at the social hub, it's a very friendly environment, good option for breakfast and for a quick bite. A nice terrace bar on the 4th floor. The environment is comfortable and relaxed. The staff at reception and café were great. I will stay again next time I go to Madrid.
