Stayed at hotel for a week because it was near the hospital. The hotel itself was excellent except for the damaged front doors which gave a first impression that the rest of the hotel would be the same.

NH over booked and put me in another hotel
NH never again. They over booked me and put me in a terrible hotel about 1 km away. Couldn't sleep with mosquito's in room. And the bathroom had lots of hair in the sink and bath.

Komfortables Hotel in ruhigem Vorort von Madrid
Wir haben eine 5-tägige Städtereise nach Madrid unternommen. Das Hotel liegt in ruhiger und landschaftlich ansprechender Umgebung in einem Vorort. Das Stadtzentrum ist dank der hervorragenden Verkehrsanbindung mit dem Bus in 10-15 Min. zu erreichen. Das Hotel besticht durch seine großen Zimmer, die hervorragend ausgestattet sind und vorbildlich gereinigt werden. Das Hotelpersonal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das für einen kleinen Aufschlag buchbare Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr ergiebig und von hoher Qualität.

Exelente atencion, muy bien ubicado , a 20 minutos del centro de madrid por carretera,la limpieza y la atencion le doy un 10 de una escala del 1 al 10 , y tienes la ventaja de poder cocinar y te ahorras mucho dinero ,

hotel muy comodo. cama individual estupenda.
Estuve 24 horas cada dia en el apartamento porque me operaron en Hospital Nisa y no ha podido salir para nada. He estado muy comoda y puedo recomendar el hotel.

Hotellet ligger alt for langt fra Madrid og dermed er det nødvendigt at tage bussen eller taxa hver gang man ønsker at gå i byen busturen tager godt 20 min. før man kan tage metro. Det er et lejlighedshotel så man forventer at der ligger et supermarked i nærheden men nej det nærmeste hvis man går er 15-20 min. væk . Der er intet at se i nærheden af hotellet , lidt triste omgivelser.
