Very disorganized, long waits
Very disorganized. I had to wait for 30 minutes just for someone to let me in, one couple was waiting for over one hour. One person finally comes in and we as a group walk to one area of apartments and then we waited another 30 minutes before walking another 20 minutes to another apartment area. Then when we get to the other apartment area the key wasn't working because she took us to the wrong apartment. Then we finally get to the correct apartment. Once we got to the apartment, it was very clean and the stay was nice. It was just terrible customer service and very disorganized. I would not recommend them.

Die toilette un die raeume waren unter wasser es hat richtig gestunken diw toilette hat sich noch verstopft und wasser raus gelaufen, die Tuere konnten wir nicht schliessen, verantwortlicher nicht erreichbar, wir sind um 6.00 uhr morgens davon gelaufen!!!!!!!! Es war schrecklichh!!!!

LA PEOR OPCIƓN QUE PUEDEN TOMAR
Todo un show esta reserva. En primera porque no tienen la preparaciĆ³n respecto al srrvicio al cliente, el check in era a las 3 y los responsables llegaron 5:30 pm, el numero que tiene en esta aplicaciĆ³n no estĆ” correcto, ni el agente de Hotels ni nosotras tenĆ­amos forma de comunicarnos. El baƱo se inundaba, no nos dieron mas que 1 almohada y dos toallas, nada de cobijas ni nada. El servicio deplorable, a la hora que llegamos se estaba limpiando la habitaciĆ³n apenas, De verdad que ha sido la peor opcion que pude haber tenido
