Exclusive apartment of 50m2 located in the Barrio de Salamanca surrounded by fine dining restaurants and designer boutiques just 20 minutes from Madrid-Barajas Airport and moments away from the glamurous Ortega y Gasset's street. It is on the first floor with a lift and has beautiful windows with high-end decoration and carefully detailed spaces. The bedroom has a double king size bed, in addition to the sofa bed in the living room for reservations of 3 or 4 people. You will find a bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer machine, Nespresso coffee machine, smart TV, wifi throughout the establishment, sheets and towels included and parking area nearby. Key collection takes place in the same apartment from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in we will ask for the documentation and we will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

Central shopping area
The flat was big enough for th two of us, clean and modern, however, there is no natural light as it is first of six floors and the windows get no daylight. Very central to shopping and places to eat. Buses and metro very accessible. All in all a nice place to stay.

Taking my son to college
Very clean, modern decoration and centric to the best comercial area in Madrid. All the fashion stores together and are walking distance. Great restaurants very close. Any questions were answered quickly by our host. A quiet neighborhood with a nice supermarket nearby. It accommodates up to 4 people but for couples is better.

We were most impressed with the area, cleanliness of apartment and the comfort of bed and sofa bed. The check in process was efficient and the lady that assisted us was kind and helpful. As older people, we would have enjoyed a foot stool since some areas of storage were a bit high to easily reach. Additionally the coffee maker wasn’t too efficient. It’s suggested that written information be made available with info regarding appliances, air conditioner and perhaps a map of the area highlighting where to purchase groceries and points of nearby interest and transportation. Otherwise it was an excellent place to stay and the safety and silence of the street was great, not to mention it’s beautiful location.
