Incredible property in beautiful Madrid
The apartment was more than we could have hoped for. Beautiful accommodation in a safe, lovely neighborhood. Hosts Michel and Yadira were so incredibly kind and communicated every detail perfectly. The wonderful apartment and hosts helped to make our stay in Madrid a magical experience. Highly, highly recommend!!

Be aware of cameras
Overall this accomodations is okay. Chek in was fine, the host was friendly. When checking in we were told they had motion detector in the main room, but just used when the property was not occupied. Our last day, I was in the main room and a blinking light from this device kept blinking so I used my phone and took a picture to search what this was. These are cameras used to record us during our stay. I reached out to VRBO but they didn't seem to care, I have videos and pictures. Actually you can see them in the pictures of the apartment the owners have posted. This is unacceptable in my opinion and a bit violating. Shame on the property and VRBO. There was also a few cockroach but only like 3 or 4 so it is what it is.

Robbed while sleeping
The condo is absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, we were robbed wile we were sleeping on our last night in Spain. We woke up in the morning to go to the airport and noticed the front door was open. The door can only be opened with a key. There is no door knob. While waiting for the taxi my son realized his backpack was missing. All of his personal belongings were in there. He barely made it out of the country as they stole his passport. Anyways, he lost over $2,000 USD. We skimpy asked the host to refund our stay for the 2 nights. Not only did they not help me with VRBO on the line, Yadira sent me a WhatsApp asking me not to send her any messages and instead go through VRBO. After 2 weeks going in circles we dropped it. Itā€™s very sad to have been treated this way. We know the system. We own and manage many short term properties ourselves. We would NEVER treat a past guest in this manner. With all that said, it is a beautiful little apartment in the heart of Madrid. Too bad the hosts donā€™t appreciate their guests. Fwiw, there are street cameras everywhere and there is also not a safe in the apartment and itā€™s direct access to the street. Hope this helps! šŸ˜”

Wonderful apartment
This was a delightful place to stay in La Latina, a lively traditional neighborhood in Madrid. It has two nice and modern bedrooms and bathrooms and is decorated beautifully. About a 5 minute walk to the Palace and 30 minute walk to the museum quarter. I recommend!

Superb Spot!
Loved the location and the layout of the apartment. Super comfortable for our family of four. Everythingā€™s brand new and fully functional. Very quiet street and neighborhood, but less than a 5 minute walk to tons of options for food, sightseeing, and entertainment. Highly recommend! Host was lovely and super accommodating.

El apartamento es tal cual las imagenes, completamente perfecto y acogedor. Todo muy nuevo y con todos los utiles necesarios para la estancia. Esta a apenas 5 minutos del metro latina..y es un ligero paseo hasta puerta del sol, plaza mayor o gran via, se puede hacer andando perfectamente. Restaurantes, bares, supermercados e incluso un teatro en minutos. La anfitriona muy atenta y solicita. Nuestra estancia ha sido perfecta, solo siento q no hayan podido ser mas dias para disfrutarlo mas. Muchas gracias por todo
