INTROUVABLE / ARNAQUE
pas de séjour, chambre introuvable dans l'immeuble, les habitants de l'immeuble on certifié qu'il n'y avait pas de chambre dans cet immeuble uniquement des particuliers. Obligé de trouver et payer un autre hôtel à 20h le soir ... nous demandons le remboursement.

Hostal recien reformado, cómodo y silencioso. La única pega es que no tiene ascensor, para nosotros no fue un inconveniente. Buena zona, cerca de metro y autobuses. Muchos comercios. Volvería.

Gute Lage, Vermieter war am 2 Abend aufdringlich dass ich schon bezahlen soll. Hab dann beim Check-out bezahlt, was überhaupt kein Problem war.

La struttura è come descritta non ho avuto delusioni, vicina alla metro noviciado, qualche passo in più e si arriva alla metro Plaza de espana.. Vicinissima alla Gran Vía dove si trova di tutto bar, ristoranti, negozi ed è sempre piena di gente, quindi la posizione è eccellente.. La stanza è un po"piccolina ma per 3/4 giorni va bene anche perché c'è tutto quello che serve un piccolo armadio, stampelle ecc... Penso sia stato ristrutturato da poco, pulizia impeccabile.. Vi viene data una chiave per aprire il portone e una carta magnetica per aprire la stanza.. Rapporto qualità prezzo lo consiglio.

El apartamento en sí está muy bien, tiene aire acondicionado que eso es un gran plus sobretodo en pleno verano de Madrid. Recomendable para unos días y si no te importa subir dos pisos.

Localização incrível.
A localização é incrível!!!!! Fiquei 3 dias e fiz tudo a pé. Ao lado da Gran Via e dos principais pontos de visitação. O único problema é pra quem viaja com mala. Não tem elevador e fica no segundo andar. Pra quem chega cansado de viagem isso realmente incomoda.

Carino ma rumoroso e senza ascensore
Siamo stati tre notti. Albergo al secondo piano di una palazzina a due passi dalla Gran Via. Posizione perfetta, pulito e carino. Peccato che i muri divisori Fra le stanze siamo poco spessi e quindi si senta tutto. Inoltre non c'è l'ascensore, quindi due piani a piedi con le valige possono essere impegnativi. Il personale è comunque simpatico e disponibile
