The vast area has a warm ambience, making it even more inviting. It has access to an inner patio with a swimming pool and outdoor furniture.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities.
Two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, and a third with bunk beds , a single bed and a working desk. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
Lastly, the bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The property is located in an intermediate point between the two "cities" or financial cities of Madrid, which are AZCA to the south, 3 km away, and TORRES to the north, 1.5 km away.
Additionally, food enthusiasts will be delighted to find a range of dining options in the area, including the renowned Restaurante Asador Casa Juan, where delicious meals await. For those seeking a more casual experience, The Irish Rover takeaway is also conveniently located nearby. With its prime location and proximity to various attractions and dining establishments, this location is an ideal spot for visitors to immerse themselves in Madrid's vibrant culture and beauty.
It is conveniently located within walking distance of two stations: Ventilla, which is just a 9-minute walk away, and Valdeacederas, which is an 11-minute walk away. This prime location allows for easy access to public transportation.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property (but guests are welcome to smoke on the terrace). If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
