I used to love staying at this hotel during my early years working in Madrid, shortly after it first opened. However, I stopped coming because both the staff and the overall atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming. This time, I decided to give it another chance and booked a suite only to be reminded why I wonā€™t be returning.

The hotel is right at the heart of Granvia..felt like Iā€™m in time square coz we came in right in time of their Christmas celebration where they lighted up the streets of the city. The hotel itself is 5 star quality, the rooms are well decorated, bed and beddingā€™s are nice and neat, bathroom is clean and fancy. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was worth it. All the staff are nice and courteous and accommodating. Will definitely come back to stay here on our next trip..will recommend to friends as well.

Loved everything about the place. The staff couldn't do enough for you. Rooms very clean. All the mains sights of Madrid were close by. Roof top plunge pool great after a day of sightseeing.
