Excelente ubicación para viajeros de a pie. En el mismo centro de Madrid. Muy seguro el edificio. Me hubiera gustado otro A/C en el apartamento, aunque tiene fans.La chica que nos recibió muy atenta y se queda al pendiente por si la necesitas. Volveríamos a quedarnos.

It's a nice cosy place in the middle of the historic part of Madrid. The appartment is inside a typical Madrid building and gives a great personnal connection to the city. The host is responsive and very helpful. Easy access to major destinations. On the down side, everything inside the appartment feels clumsy. The shower is something like 2x3 ft, most of the handles are loose, the sink fauset can be lifted off the sink, the toilet requires multiple flushes, the beds are squeaky, uneven floor does not allow for bedroom door to freely open, etc. Whether you see it as a part of Madrid experience or a critical failure is up to you.

The apartment is very close to center of Madrid so convenient walking. No outside noise because there are no street side windows. There are windows in central elevator shaft area which carry sounds from other apartments but not too bad. Clean and very basic.

Don't hesitate this place is a gem!
Simply outstanding, location, cleanliness and communication from owner all excellent. First the location is everything you need for a trip to Madrid, walking distance to many of the must do locations like Plaza Mayor, Basilica San Francisco, Royal Palace. Nothing my family like more than being able to walk new cities. We arrived late, after 8pm and were a little nervous about that, however the owner responded immediately with directions into the apartment. We were also provided some real insider tips on the best way to get there from the airport. This was a really welcome touch. The apartment itself was again, everything we could have asked for. Clean, spotless in fact, well stocked with everything we needed. We felt like we'd been invited into somebody's home. We are a picky family so for me to say this was everything we wanted is a really glowing recommendation. I hope we get to visit Madrid again and if we do we will definitely stay here again.

The appartment is advertised as wheel chair accessible which it is not owner said this is a mistake on the website. Many things wrong with the appartment. Shower broken, electric sockets not connected to the wall which is highly illegal, spare pillows but no pillow cases. There is a day clubs literally under the appartment. We saw drug use from our window. The front door downstairs was broken and we could barely get the pram in. The owner did try his best to fix everything in a timely manner which is appreciated.

Piso casi en el bajo. Sin cortinas en una habitación y luz directa farola calle. Baja limpieza y ducha atascada. Hall compartido y puerta de entrada atascada entre vecinos. Un desastre. La peor experiencia que he tenido en años.

El dueño muy atento y pendiente de todo. Su apartamento, no me agrado en lo absoluto y olía muy mal. Una chica que limpia ahí, entró con un hombre y un niño. No pude cocinar porque su cerámica es para cierto tipo de sartenes y al final complicado. Afortunadamente me vio y se fue. El otro piso que se alquiló, bastante bien, como el de la foto, pero la cama horrible.
