The place is in an excellent location, within walkable distance to many attractions and amenities. Our room was facing the Fuencarral street and was very noisy. People was friendly and made our stay very pleasant.

Bob W really has the hotel/ local suite situation figured out. Easy access, nicely kitted out and super clean. We liked that we could go laundry, the bed was great and it was right on top of shopping! Lots to like here, even for middle aged people like us.

A lot of thought has gone into what a traveller needs. Outstanding accommodation, communication, location and staff on site. Would not look anywhere else to stop in Madrid next time. Secure. Read reviews and how anyone could not give 10/10 I cannot imagine why not. Big Thankyou to Bob & his team made our holiday so enjoyable. Oh the beds are so comfy too. Option for early ur late checkout a bonus too. Somewhere to store cases too if late check out. It totally has everything you could possibly ask for out of holiday accommodation. Comfortable bed. Good communication from staff via WhatsApp. BUT the window looks out onto an inner courtyard where an extremely loud air conditioner groaned constantly. This made for an uncomfortable stay. Would not stay here again.

Our stay in Bob W Chueca was very pleasant. The room is perfect for couples. The location of the hotel is super central, you can walk to the train station or you can also just walk around and find the tourist attractions. What I liked the most was the detail that Bob left us on the table when we arrived, which was a handwritten welcome card and some cookies. I personally liked that a lot. Communication with him was also very easy. Public Transportation from the airport to hotel was very easy as well. If there’s a chance for us going back to Madrid, Bob W Chueca would be our place to stay again. I would highly recommend you to stay there if you are planning on going to Madrid.
