The property was easy to access and had good amount of space. The hot water runs out after about 5 seconds and turned to lukewarm then cold within about 30 seconds every time, which was very inconvenient as it is winter time and borderline freezing outside. We informed management multiple times and was told everything was operating normally and if the water was cold then to wait an hour and it would be ok again. It wasn’t. Everything else was ok.

Our 2/2 apartment was great for our family of 4. Location was easy walking distance around the city. Local market across the street was a great hit. Neighborhood is very quiet. building was in very good condition and onsite staff very helpful. We liked it so much we booked it again for 2 nights before our vacation ended.

The customer service was excellent and the hotel offered spacious rooms. Best hotel I have ever stayed in. Affordable and in a good location. Would highly recommend Bob W Arte.

Loved the unique touches Bob W Arte had, like the tote bag and polaroid camera to take pics of your stay. Also found the washing machine and two detergent pods provided extremely convenient and useful (we did laundry twice!). They had a great assortment of dishes, wine glasses, pots and pans, and salt & pepper for cooking. We arrived 3 hours prior to check in and Lola was kind enough to store our luggage while we walked around and had brunch and then had our luggage taken to our room. Keyless entry was super conveninent and great not to have to worry about keys or cards to open the entrance or room. The best thing tho is probably the communication on whatsapp. Any little thing I messaged about, they were always so quick to respond and very helpful and accommodating with the requests I had. Would definitely stay at another Bob W. location in the future!

Great location close to everything. Metro very near and easy to use. The unit was well stocked with lots of extras, i.e., qtips, cotton pads, shampoo, soap, hand sanitizer, etc. They even supply a reusable shopping bag, camera with instant film, blow dryer, washing machine, etc. If you need to store your luggage prior to check in or even after check out - they have a luggage locker. We were very comfortable and will definitely return to this location!! Excellent customer service!

Comfy, clean, spacious, well-appointed room. Walkable location also with metro stop nearby. Easy access contactless entry. Safe neighborhood with dining options. Grocery store directly across the road (on 2nd floor). Great bakery & coffee shop at base of the building. Cons: Inconsistent hot water. Significant noise transfer from other rooms. Dark lobby and minimal exterior lighting. Very firm mattress.

We have two views on our November 2024 stay at Bob W in Madrid. On one hand, the apartment was clean, provided all the amenities needed, well laid out, and a great apartment for a few days stay in the city. On the other hand, the kitchen did not come with a spatula nor a cutting board - two essential items in any kitchen - and there was very little hot water for taking a shower. The worst was that Bob W kept texting us asking about our stay and how they could make it better but when we told them the issues the answer was “oh well”.

Beautiful place. The apartment is exceptionally clean, nice and big. Great communication. Nearby groceries and restaurants. Only problem was hot water ran out quickly, out of 5 people only 1 person was able to take a shower with hot water. My daughter had to sit inside the shower while waiting for the hot water. The water was dripping from the ceiling while my husband was sitting on the toilet.

This place is a fabulous place to stay while in Madrid. It is close to everywhere. Very easy and secure access to the building. The place is superbly clean. The bed is very comfortable to sleep in. Attention to details, very clean and tidy with nice ‘add-ons’ (chargers, game console joysticks, coffee beans, area tips, yoga mats, etc). Full kitchen too, ended up not using as I spent the entire trip museum hopping - which brings the next big plus: walking distance to Reina Sofia, El Prado and Thyssen-Bornemisza museums, Reina Sofia being the closest, I walked to all 3 end enjoyed coffee stops or a beer or two along the way. The ‘hotel’ is 3 minutes away from El Roble, one of the breakfast places Bob W recommends. I did have dinner there and it was well worth it- recommended!
