Plus, living here means you’re never far from fitness center and grocery stores. The neighborhood is also close to public transportation, so you can effortlessly explore the rest of Madrid. The Manoteras metro station and nearby train stations like Fuente de la Mora make commuting a breeze.

A security deposit of €1570 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.
