Excellent apartment completely renovated, fully furnished and with all the belongings. Ideal for a couple.

It is on the ground floor, which makes it easier to not go up or down any kind of stairs to enter and leave the house

It has in total:

1 Double room: Large fully dressed double bed, large sliding wardrobe of 2.00 m, TV
1 full bathroom: With sink, toilet bowl and shower tray
1 full kitchen: oven, fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave. All the utensils and cutlery necessary for a perfect stay
1 spacious living room fully furnished, with fireplace and TV, with sofa bed for 2 people and 2 folding single beds.
It has Wi-Fi Fiber optics (high speed internet)
Community pool (from June 15 to September 15) and large garden area.
Very quiet area and very well connected, without parking problems.
The price includes water, electricity, gas, community expenses, municipal taxes, property insurance, WI-FI Internet. The apartment is approximately 60 m2 and is fully equipped
