Outstanding and bright apartment fully rebuilt next to Atocha Station and just behind the Reina Sofía Modern Art Museum in one of the most popular and multicultural neighborhoods in the city: Lavapiés.
The apartment is located on a 1st floor with lift and it consists of a living/ dining room which adjoins an open plan kitchen. Big bedroom with one double size bed and two single size beds and a fully equipped bathroom too.
All outside but super quiet, centrally located flat with 100% natural sunlight. Near every local point of interest (both cultural and leisure spots). Leaving the flat you will run straight into de hustle and bustle of Madrid. Going in, you are guaranteed to enjoy peace and quiet.
