Had a really nice stay here. Very walkable to the Palace and many plazas. Our room was large and had little kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave. Elevators and air conditioning worked great!! The breakfast they have at the hotel is really good.

Our room was exactly as described. It was clean when checked in and the front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. While there we asked them for a restaurant recommendation. They made the reservation for us and the meal was very good. Would definitely recommend this property for someone staying in Madrid and want to be near the Royal Palace.

The rooftop bar is really great with a great view of Palacio Real Madrid and our family enjoyed the vintage car museum. The property also offers the self-service laundry, which is great for families like us with multiple destinations. The receptionists are also really nice and offered great help and information.
