Sachant qu’avec ma voiture je ne pouvais pas accéder au centre ville (je n’ai pas la pastille écologique!) très bonne communication avec les propriétaires. En general, quedamos muy satisfechos con el apartamento. Aunque está situado en una parte antigua de la ciudad, el apartamento parecía haber sido renovado, por lo que era bastante atractivo, cómodo y limpio. Era espacioso y acogedor al mismo tiempo, con un amplio salón-comedor, dos dormitorios, una cocina bien equipada y un cuarto de baño. Las camas eran cómodas, la ducha y el baño funcionaban bien-- con un buen chorro de agua caliente en la ducha- y la cocina tenía todo lo necesario para un viaje de fin de semana. El apartamento también tenía calefacción central, que es sin duda una ventaja añadida en Madrid en el otoño y el invierno. No dudaríamos en volver a alojarnos allí.

Ha estado muy bien. La incidencia de la cisterna se solucionó rápido y muy atento el chico que no acogió a la entrada. Lo único la ubicación que está un poco alejada del centro y de las paradas de metro y la falta de actualización de algunos de los elementos de la casa (cisterna, se movía un poco el retrete, etc) pero que no impidió que disfrutáramos de la estancias. Gracias.

Logement agréable, très bien situé, bien sécurisé, proche des commerces et des moyens de transports. Pour le rendre plus confortable Il faudrait ajouter quelques ustensils, exemple : une essoreuse à salade, des cuillères en plus, des torchons, une petite poubelle dans la salle d'eau, une lampe de chevet dans la deuxième chambre, le câble du chauffe-eau mal placé provoque des coupures de courant si on a l'inadvertance d'ouvrir sa porte , pour ma part j'aurais préféré me servir d'une cafetière électrique. Cordialement

En general hemos estado muy confortables. Las camas nos han parecido muy cómodas, hemos descansado muy bien y hemos encontrado todo muy limpio. Por puntualizar algunos detalles: algunos utensilios de cocina se encuentran en mal estado (cuchillo grande, asa de cafetera,...), las sillas del salón necesitan encolar/pegar y el jabón de manos del baño se ha estropeado el bote. Super location et prestations de service. La place de parking à l'intérieur de la résidence est appréciable ainsi que le resto bar tout proche. Les voisins sont très calmes. Juste un petit bémol pas assez de couverts assiettes mais poele et casserole de qualité. La gentillesse des personnes qui accueillent est à louer !!

The apartment was very clean and well designed. Wa enjoed staying there and having some meal in the apartment. Moreover it's really near the metro station to reach the center. Just a couple of things: the kitchen has a quite small and hard to use window and when we cooked something it was hard to refresh the air; in the washing machine the opening cannot be opened so we couldn't use it. And as italian we are not used to a single double size pillow in the double bed so the sleeping has not been the best. Anyway all the rest was super.
