A localização é perfeita para quem quer conhecer madrid, proximo a estação de atocha, alem de outras estações de metro; proximo ao museo del prado, o paseo del prado proximo a todas as atrações de madrid. Vale apena a estadia.

You can do better
We were not advised that there would be a late check in fee of €20 payable when we arrived. The apartment was basic with less than adequate kitchen equipment. OK if all you want to have is somewhere to sleep. Good location.

Close to a lot of major sites and Atocha station.
Mqjor sites like Plaza Mayor, Prado Museum, botanical gardens, anf El Retiro Park are all walking distance. Lots of cafes, restaurants and playgrounds close by. It gets very noisy at night but it's all part of the experience.

C'était très court, mais l'hôtel est à deux pas des principales collections : Prado, Thyssen, Reine Sophie, Beaux-arts, etc. Le quartier est très calme tout en offrant ce qu'il faut pour dîner, prendre un verre, flâner. l'hôtel est donc au coeur du quartier et bénéficie cependant d'un calme olympien, ce qui n'est pas négligeable. Accueil efficace et sympathique – tout va bien :-)

Ubicacion muy buena, se podia ir andando a todos lados, la habitacion comoda, lo unico malo es que los sillones y somier deberian cambiarlos por estropeados. Mi habitacion estaba cerca de recepcion y se oia la gente que llegaba debido a que las paredes eran finas.

Grand studio bien situé dans Madrid
L'appartement est bien situé : proche de la gare Atocha et proche du centre de Madrid. Les principaux centres d'intérêt peuvent se visiter à pied. On trouve aussi des commerces dans la rue et aux alentours. La localisation est donc idéale si l'on veut visiter le centre de Madrid. Le personnel est très agréable et une petite attention nous a été donnée pour le jour de l'an : une bouteille de vin mousseux. Un marché offrant des produits de belle qualité se trouve de l'autre côté de la rue Atocha et de nombreux commerces sont situés à proximité du Studio. L'immeuble dans lequel les studios sont aménagés est ancien et très plaisant avec un beau cachet. Ce logement est idéal pour une personne seule ou un couple.

Very disappointed
First of all staff were very pleasant however the the apartment needed a lot of maintenance. Shower door hanging off its hinges , broken toilet seat, broken window shutters. Although the apartment was well situated for Madrid central do not expect to get any sleep due to noise outside which goes all though the night and I mean all through the night. We have stayed in Madrid 7 times in the last 2 years so I can speak from experience. Would not return.

What a disappointment
We stayed five nights in room 14 and here are our observations: - Uncomfortable , junky and worn furniture. There is no good place to sit. - The toilet can't accept toilet paper. - The bed fills room so you can barely walk around it. - Kitchenette was poorly equipped. For ex, no coffee maker. - Window looks out on a wall of building being renovated. - Very loud construction noise fills room during the day. - Bed is not full size. + The only redeeming feature of this place is its excellent location.

マドリード各見所より徒歩圏内の便利な立地
すぐ隣にスーパーもあります。 部屋は音が響きそうでしたが、意外に静かで睡眠も心地よくとれました。 トイレットペーパーはストックがないので、持参がおすすめです。

Hotel muito bem lovalizado, ao lado de dois shopings, no centro muitas lojas, em frente ao metro, perto da maioria pontos turísticos. Ótima localização, só não dispinibilizam café da manhã, então tena que tomar fora abre entre 9 e 10 da manhã. Ótimo custo benefício.

Bien dans l'ensemble
Studio spacieux, bien décoré mais dommage que la table pour prendre les repas était une table bistrot haute, accompagnée de 2 tabourets hauts (pas du tout pratique pour s'attabler et à peine si on avait la place de poser les assiettes). La salle de bain était confortable mais WC électronique et obligés de jeter les papiers toilette dans une poubelle ... La cuisine est équipée un peu juste en ustensiles ( seulement 4 couverts,pas de bouilloire électrique, un seul couteau de cuisine, pas de mugs ou de grandes tasses pour le petit déjeuner - on prenait notre thé dans un verre ...). Il aurait été pratique d'avoir un peu de liquide vaisselle à notre disposition afin de ne pas être obligés d'acheter un grand flacon pour quelques jours; idem pour sel et poivre; La fenêtre de notre studio donnait sur un très petit espace à ciel ouvert et pas trop de clarté mais du calme. Quartier calme et agréable avec petit supermarché à proximité. Bien situé pour visiter, sortir.

Apartamento con mobiliario de hace 50 años.
Buena localización. Caro para los servicios que ofrece. Por llevar una mascota de 2 kilos (un chihuahua) me cobraron 15 euros por noche. El mobiliario de la época de cuéntame. La puerta corredera del baño a menos de 50 cms de la almohada. Del inodoro al cabecero de la cama había menos de un metro. No tienen habitación de cortesia para guardar las maletas.

Nice location

感覺不錯，值得推薦
交通便利，除了鄰近地下鐵之外，距離其他景點十分近，例如太陽門廣場5mins步行，皇宮也只需15分鐘左右。雖然第一晚的房間於大門旁比較吵，及電視訊號故障接收不良，但服務員態度良好，即時跟進並於第二天即時upgrade房間由2人房至3-4人大房。服務員英語不錯方便溝通。房間整體不錯，性價比頗高。圖片亦真實反映房間實際情況。另附有煮食爐方便客戶。
