Good affordable option in a Madrid neighborhood
The apartment is located 7 min from the metro and there is a lot of supermarkets and stores around. It’s a time ground house with only a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom with a bed for 2 and a sofa. Some of the silverware was a bit dirty and we had to wash it before hand. The hosts were very friendly and were always available to help with pretty much anything.

Tiny but amazing
Juan and Alba were amazing. The place is small for someone tall (6ft) but filled with storage. The unit comes with more appliances than the description shows. The place is near a metro station and the area is full of stores. Juan and Alba are very responsive and they will make sure you have a great stay at their place.

Small basic apartment with all necesities in a quiet area, well equipped kitchen, with a fridge that had orange juice and milk. Ground coffee and pastries for breakfast. Good wifi connection, hot water for the shower and good pressure. Nice warm sheets for the bed. Space heater works very well. Short walk to the main street with restaurants, stores, bars, groceries. All these at prices for the normal people outside the tourist areas of Sol, Mayor, etc. Metro station close by (Vellacas) for line 1 to go either to Atocha or Chamartin station or Plaza del Sol . Bus line 10 will take you to Cibeles and from there walk to Gran Via and all attractions. Alba was very helfull by providing us informacion to stores nearby, transport etc.

My stay here was incredible! The property is very nice, it had everything that we needed. The only thing is that they should put the number of the house on the property so that it could be easier to locate. I had a hard time finding it because the location did not have the number. Aside from that, I would stay here again! It was well located, with everything you need nearby. It wasn’t too hard to get to the center of Madrid. The hosts were very kind and helpful, I would recommend it to anyone!

De eigenaar was super vriendelijk en goed bereikbaar. Het appartement was klein, maar alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Helaas is er weinig ontluchting in de badkamer en zit daar schimmel tussen de voegen. Het water is wel lekker warm.Het ontbijt bestaat uit een zak chocladecroissantjes,een pak melk, een pak sinaasappelsap en een pak koffie voor 4 dagen. Er staat een goed bed en het was warm genoeg.

Desde el primer momento buena comunicación, se adaptaron a nuestro horario de llegada. La atención, la limpieza e incluso los detalles como un pequeño kit de desayuno. La comunicación con las personas que lo alquilaron fue muy buena y siempre se ofrecieron para colaborarnos, Alba fue muy amable y atenta, muy especial, al apartamento le falta mucho mantenimiento, la ducha se veía con falta de buen aseo.

Appartamento su misura per due persone, camera con letto da 140cm (una piazza e mezza) tavolino e divano + TV. Piccola cucina con tutto quello che serve. Bagno con doccia. A disposizione anche phon asciugamano e prodotti per la doccia. Non manca nulla. Meno di dieci minuti di camminata per la metro! Ottima posizione!

Gran experiencia. Precio calidad muy bueno. Realidad tal cual imágenes del anuncio. Juan, Alba y Luna super atentos y respetuosos. Barrio muy tranquilo, a 4 calles del metro y a unos 15min del centro. Todo tipo de tiendas en proximidades. Ver el atardecer desde el mirador tío pío a 10min a pie del apartamento fue buenísimo. Muy recomendable todo

Klein aber fein
Sehr zentrale Lage, mit der U-Bahn in 20min in der Innenstadt. Sehr ruhig und in der Nähe konnte man einen guten Blick über die Stadt genießen. Alles da, was man für ein paar Tage braucht und der Kontakt zur Putzfrau (bei der Schlüsselübergabe) und dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist nur etwas dunkel und kalt, aber unser Frühstück vor dem Haus auf der Straße war sehr schön.
