Madrid Gran Via Apartment
Excellent apartment. Could not ask for more as to location, cleanliness and attentiveness of the staff. Everything you need is within very short walking distance. Apartment was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean upon our arrival. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 teenage boys. Highly recommend this apartment.

Lovely 3 bed 3 bath apartment. Excellent location right on the Gran Via. Easy check in with great comms before our stay with Katherine. Can fully recommend this apartment for all you would want for a stay in Madrid centre.

Great weekend stay
We were a small group, one couple and 2 friends so the facilities were perfect with 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A very spacious, clean apartment. We didn’t eat in but it appeared to have everything required for preparing a meal. Great stay.

Highly recommend this apartment.

Great location
Located just off the Grand Via this VRBO is located one block from two grocery stores, the metro station, and has a local restaurant right across the street. The balcony overlooks the beautiful facade of an old church. A 10-15 minute walk from many sights. The VRBO also has a small elevator so taking your bags to the 2nd floor (3rd floor if you view floor zero as floor 1).

Amazing apartment - highly recommend.
Everything about this rental was perfect - Katherine was supper efficient and provided us with local suggestions, not to mention, the location is so close to everything! The apartment itself is perfect for the Madrid heat, every bedroom has their own AC/shower which is extremely convenient. The spacious open layout and kitchen make it perfect for spending time with one another and preparing meals. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to those looking for the perfect place to stay in Madrid.

Great apartment in a good location
The apartment was within walking distance of all major sights so mass transit and taxis were not necessary. The apartment itself was well furnished, the beds were comfortable, everything you might need for cooking was provided, and having three bathrooms was a plus. When you’ve had enough tapas, there is a very good Chinese restaurant next door.

Great Location
Lovely apartment literally a stone’s throw from Gran Villa. Comfortable, clean and warm. Main niggle was it was difficult to get into the apartment building because of a ‘challenging’ lock. Girl who met us and checked us in was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this lovely holiday home

Magnificent Time in Madrid!
While our stay was short, we had a wonderful time exploring the city and staying at the gorgeous partner made it all the better! Great location tucked away off of Gran Via so it’s close to all of the major attractions and everyday shopping. Few blocks the other way and you’re immersed into quaint neighborhoods and their tapas bars and cafes. The apartment itself was perfect! Clean, spacious, modern and totally comfortable. Easy to communicate, check in and check out. Quiet street too! Everything was perfect. What a trip/stay!

Nice location and great apartment!
We arrived early and ended up leaving our luggage in a Yellow Storage locker nearby but the apt manager was going to meet us early to drop our bags, so that would have been convenient. The apartment itself is great. 3 bedrooms 4 bed, and each has its own bathroom/shower. The facilities are great! There is only a washer and no dryer. Well located and quiet on this street. Would recommend.

Beautiful Apartment in an awesome location
We loved the spaciousnous and cleanliness of the apartment, and great location in Centro Madrid near the Gran Via shopping areas. Apartment Manager, Cristina, was super nice and responded quickly to questions asked. The beds were very comfortable. But you have to bring most of your own toiletries and kitchen paper towel. They give you just very basic like travel size shampoo, bath gel and toilet papers in each of the 3 bathrooms, a few dishwashing machine tablets and laundry wash pods. The rest you have to provide yourself including the coffee pods and sugar/coffee cream or milk. Felt very safe as the police department is right behind us. The Chinese restaurant diagonally across the street on the corner has the best Chinese food in all of Spain! Love staying here and would come back to stay again in the future.

Nice Apartment in a Great Location!
This apartment is located within close proximity to just about everything, as it is close to Gran Via, Madrid's equivalent of Broadway in NY City. The apartment has a full kitchen, 3 nicely decorated bedrooms and a spacious living room overlooking Calle de Silva. If you are looking for a spacious apartment near shops, restaurants, the Metro, and in the heart of Madrid, it doesn't get better than this. The hot water is somewhat lukewarm, but not a deterrent. We could never figure out how to use the drying part of the washer/dryer combination machine; so that is the only minor detail to note if that is uber important during your stay. Lovely apartment nonetheless and I would definitely stay there during my next visit to Madrid.

Fantastic apartment
We were a family of 4 visiting our daughter who was studying this semester in Madrid. Our arrival flight was in the morning and we were able to check-in early to a ready and clean apartment. Cristina graciously greeted us and provided us a tour and numbers to contact her if there were any problems. The apartment is spacious, and clean with a well-stocked kitchen. It is the perfect space for a family like ours with 3 teenage children. The building is secure and located on a side street off the Grand Vie. The location is outstanding being centrally located to shopping on the Grand Vie and restaurants in the Malasana neighborhood. The street can be noisy at night with people; however, the bedrooms are situated in the area of the apartment where you do not hear anyone. Would highly recommend this terrific apartment

Great apartment in a great location
Our group of four adults and three children (3 families) stayed in the apartment for three nights. The apartment was exactly what we were looking for. It was spacious and clean and very conveniently located. Here are some of the things we liked about the apartment: 1. It had three bedrooms and three bathrooms. So each family had their own private bathroom. 2. The apartment was nicely decorated with modern furniture and had lots of light. 3.the balcony overlooking an old church with an amazing architecture. Made drinking coffee on the balcony in the morning so enjoyable. 4.the building had an elevator which made getting the luggage up to the second floor a breeze. 5.the apartment had a washing machine and a dishwasher which are in perfect condition and made our stay easier. 6.the apartment had air-conditioning which was crucial during our July stay when it was so hot in Madrid. 7.the arrangement For the arrival were very convenient . We were met by Paula who spoke perfect English And explained to us all the amenities of the apartment and all the surroundings. Our stay in Madrid was very pleasurable. We highly recommend staying in the apartment at Calle de Silva

Excellent and central apartment.
Beautifully designed modern apartment with an industrial designer touch. Very central in a small street near main shopping area on Gran Via. (Best small shops down side streets). There was good police presence everywhere across town which was reassuring. In Madrid it’s quicker to walk everywhere as traffic system goes around the houses a bit. The beds were very comfortable with “Tempur” mattresses. Lots of towels and great showers and lovely toiletries provided. We didn’t use tv or oven as went out to eat but kitchen very well equipped. Sofa and chairs comfortable and conducive for sitting about nattering. Can recommend Plaza Santa Ana for their authentic characterful bars. We also went to the San Miguel market which is fantastic and a highlight (12 minute walk from apartment ) . Visit Royal Palace, changing of guard is at 11am. Fantastic palace very ornate with plenty to impress. We had breakfast in Oriente before going into Palace. (14 minute walk to Palace from apartment). Take your own map etc. as tourist info not provided in apartment. Go on Tourist bus it’s worth it and saves your feet. Can highly recommend this apartment.

Wonderful apartment in a wonderful location
We were six friends on vacation in Spain with the first 6 nights in Madrid. The Silva apartment was ideal. 3 bdrms / 3 baths, a full kitchen and a spacious, comfortable living room that easily accommodated us. The space was light and open. The bedrooms were in the back of the apartment away from the street and noise at night. The WIFI worked well even when all were on at the same time. The elevator was great when checking in and out with luggage. The location was very convenient - only a 10 - 15 minute walk to Puerta del Sol and less than a 2 minute walk to the closest metro station. We loved having the flexiblity to go back to the apartment for rest or down time in a comfortable space only a short travel distance away from where ever we were in Madrid. Cristina was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had before and after we had arrived and checked in. She helped us with travel from airport to apartment and with logistical information in the area. When we had questions about some things in the apartment, she replied within 5 - 10 minutes of hearing from us. Our only bad review (does there have to be one?) goes to the washer / dryer combo machine all in one. Washing was great. Drying was not so good.... recommend to use the drying rack as we couldnt get clothes dry in the dryer. We would love to stay here again if we get the chance to visit Madrid in the future!
