"Perfect for a large family looking to stay near Disentis and trying to keep the cost down. Plenty of space for 10 people. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook at the house and avoid paying for expensive meals in the local restaurants. Great location for access to Distenis- Sedrun-Andermatt ski resorts. Best positives for the actual house was the newly renovated bathrooms and the wide range of kitchen appliances. "Good base to discover the Verzacas valley. Property well equipped, although no dishwasher. There is a local shop, but I would recommend doing most of your shopping for your stay before coming up the valley. Nice garden and patio area. If you have small children the parking could be an issue. It is not far away, but there is no pavement and you have to walk several 100 metres on a busy road. Not ideal when unloading and loading the car at the beginning and end of your holiday. Good local...

"Es war einfach nur herrlich. Richtig schönes Haus mit eingezäuntem Garten, was super ist für Hundebesitzer. Sehr schöne Aussicht und viel Natur und tolle Wege zum Bewandern. Friedliches und süsses Dörfchen, wo man sich entspannen und alles nur geniessen kann."

"Schönes Häuschen in ruhiger Lage, schöner Ausblick, wir sind Ende Mai gereist, leider hatten wir nur Regenwetter. Aber die Ruhe und die Gemütlichkeit (mit Feuerofen) im Ferienhaus hat alles Wett gemacht. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder"

"Das Haus - ein typisches tessiner Rustico - liegt weit oben am Hang. Entsprechend ist es sehr ruhig und man hat eine tolle Aussicht ins Tal. Man kann auch direkt am Haus loswandern - toll! Die Betten sind gut, allerdings hätten wir uns ein Doppelbett gewünscht. Das Bad ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber okay. Wichtig: Ohne Auto ist das Haus kaum zu erreichen und auch vom Parkplatz zum Haus sind's noch mal rd. 100 m steil und steinig bergauf. Für Personen mit eingeschränkter Bewegung...

Stunning views, quiet, clean and comfortable

"A gem of a location. Our room looked over the clock tower with the mountains towering in the background. It was picture postcard perfect. Rooms apear to have been newly renovated. It was a very quiet and comfortable location. The village of Chiavenna is beautiful, looking like it has been untouched by time. Our only regret is we didn’t stay longer. "
