"The room was newly renovated. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. We got in late without an issue. The sidewalks could use some work, I have trouble walking and kept tripping on the uneven walk infront of our room. Could use more towels. One per adult per stay was not enough. We would definitely stay again. "

"My brother and I were traveling for our Uncle's funeral. We were thrilled to find the Perkins House was available. The house reminded us of our grandparents house in Harrison, ME.
