It was a great and clean property! We were on the bottom floor and there was a family above us that was ridiculously load! The staff removed them from the room above us and put them in a downstairs room! They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant and it’s much appreciated!!!

Rooms were smaller. Also, we were 3 families and booked separately. 2 families called the hotel to put us close to each other 2~3 months ago. 2 of us were placed far on the same floor and 1 family was put on the different floor. One family had bath tub issue, so they were moved to new room. New room was right next to the room on the same floor. Duh ~ Beside this issue, we still like the Residence INN for family or group trips. I have to compliment the staffs highly. They were very nice, friendly, and helpful.

We love staying here because of location and staff, rooms and amenities. Wish the shower was not in the tub. I'd add a mirror in the main room on the wall over the table. Breakfast quite good for hotel. My husband is very picky about his coffee and really liked it here.
