Great Stay
We loved everything about this house & location. Short distance to the town & to the river walk. Enjoyed our stay, highly recommend this rental. Would definitely stay here again. The inside looks even better than the pictures online. The town has a lot of historic houses & buildings that are in great shape & so interesting to see, & lots of restaurants.

Cute Cottage Getaway
This small but mighty cottage has two bedrooms/two bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen with every gadget you can ever think to use. Living room has two very long couches that could serve for sleeping. Good location too. We had a great time and so would you!

Wonderful getaway!
We had such a great time staying here for a short getaway! We had everything we needed and were close to everything in town including the pool (which was also really nice!). The beds were very comfy and the place was very clean. Plus the cookies waiting for us when we got there was a sweet surprise. We loved the historical neighborhood and the character of the house. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

House was clean and welcoming. Kitchen and bathrooms well stocked. The online description is accurate and would stay again. An addition of towel hooks in bathroom would be a help. May have left a pair of prescription sunglasses in a triangular case!

This was our first visit to Madison, and this property was great for our group of 4. The house was adorable, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was within walking distance, it was so nice! We will definitely be back. Madison is a wonderful place to visit and this house made it perfect.

Great Little Cottage
This little 2 bedroom was perfect for my sister and I for our "sister's getaway". The home is very clean and has all the amenities. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal. The linens and towels were very nice. The beds were very very comfortable. The side porch has a great patio table and chairs and was perfect for enjoying the outside. We will definitely use Black Cat Properties again.
