Direct waterfront renovated cottage.

Newly renovated cottage. Direct waterfront home in Madison’s most desirable waterfront area. Four bedrooms, 2 full and one 1/2 bath. Sleeps 7 Walk to the Madison beach hotel and into town (restaurants, shops, grocery store, cvs, starbucks) or along Madison’s beautiful coastline. Bike to hammonaset state park along the green mile trail. Beautiful green lawn from your deck to the Long Island sound. Plenty room to park. Enjoy all Madison has to offer from the best view in town. Short walk to Madison Beach Hotel for outdoor/indoor dining , spa and entertainment. Also, a short walk to Madison Beach Club and Madison Country Club which are for members only.

Air conditioning only in July & August. One ac unit is based for family room and dining room. All three upstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans and will have individual AC units. There is no heat in the cottage. October can be chili, but beautiful! There is a wall heater that heats the family room and dining area.

Best weekend getaway!
We had the best weekend away at this cozy (and uber clean!) cottage with the most stunning view. The kids loved splashing in the water and we loved the peace and quiet.

Great stay in summer home with amazing views.
Everything was great! - our second time renting this house with an amazing view of the sound from the porch; relaxing for the entire family. Construction on new home going on next-door was a little annoying, but that will end someday. Otherwise our family had a great time and the host Bryan was very organized and considerate.

Pristine cottage, beautiful views, very clean. The construction of a house next door made conversation challenging as they were cutting stone etc… I would consider renting again when construction is completed. The managers couldn’t have been nicer. Chaise for lawn would also be nice

All three generations thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Having grown up in Madison, it was fun to stay in one of the original beachhouses I remember from my childhood, and to show my grandchildren around town. The kids particularly loved swimming and exploring the rocks and tidal pools - just as my siblings and I did so many years ago!

Wonderful beach cottage. Close to Madison Beach hotel. Had everything you need for a stay with family. Window ac’s upstairs were great for sleeping. Sip your morning coffee and admire the view!

Wonderful craftsman cottage on the water
This house is located right on the water, nestled between two larger houses. There are three bedrooms on the second floor with the master directly overlooking the ocean. We stayed on one of the hottest weeks this year so the air conditioners worked overtime and despite fans, the house was toasty during the day. The owners were very responsive to Al of our questions and came over when we had any questions. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

What a lovely cottage on the water. Everything was perfect. Very clean with simple, classic decor. Close to town. We visit Madison every summer to see friends and family. This was by far the best Vrbo! Didn’t want to leave. Looking forward to staying again next year.

July 4th week at Madison cottage.
We had a fabulous time. The cottage is adorable and equipped with everything for a great stay. The house was comfortable, very user friendly and couldn’t be a better location. We were lucky enough to get July 4th week with a spectacular view of the Madison fireworks! Renée and Bryan were perfect hosts and extremely communicative and responsive. We had a great week and we’d love to rent the house again!

Perfect relaxing vacation
Property was exactly as pictured, incredibly cozy and perfect for a relaxing vacation on the water. Coffee in the morning or snacks/cocktails in the afternoon on the front porch was wonderful. Kids enjoyed playing in the yard, on the beach and on the rocks in the ocean. Would stay here again without any hesitation.

Magical spot on the Connecticut coast
We enjoyed every minute of our stay. So close to town yet quiet and peaceful with our private view of LI Sound from the porch, the master and the kitchen. We had a family emergency and were still able to relax a bit by virtue of this gem of a home. Thank you!

We had a nice time in Madison. The location is truly gorgeous and everything you need is close by. Unfortunately construction next door significantly impacted our stay, which is the reason for 4 stars. Future VRBO renters can trust in all the 5 star reviews assuming the construction is complete.
